You Me At Six release new single; album available for preorder

YOU ME AT SIX has unveiled the first official single from their much anticipated new album, NIGHT PEOPLE. “Give” is streaming now at the acclaimed English rock band’s official YouTube channel. NIGHT PEOPLE is released January 13th through BMG in North America.

“Give” has already earned immediate attention, with Dork hailing the track as “a sky high ballad,” adding, “‘Give’ draws to mind the stripped-back rawness that YOU ME AT SIX have delivered time and time again, the sort of anthem that’s born to be played to thousands of people.” “Taking the pace down a notch,” wrote Rock Sound, “‘Give’ shows a softer side to YOU ME AT SIX.”

NIGHT PEOPLE is available for pre-order now on iTunes, with all pre-orders accompanied by instant grat downloads of “Give,” as well as the previously unveiled album tracks, “Plus One” and “Night People.” The album is also on offer in an array of formats via the YOU ME AT SIX Official Store, with deluxe bundles including limited signed albums, exclusive merchandise, and other extras.

Recorded with GRAMMY® Award-winning producer Jacquire King (Kings Of Leon, James Bay) at Nashville’s famed Blackbird Studios and mixed by Andrew Scheps (Black Sabbath, Red Hot Chili Peppers), NIGHT PEOPLE confirms YOU ME AT SIX as one of the most important rock bands to emerge from the UK in the last decade. The Surrey-based band’s fifth studio album, NIGHT PEOPLE follows 2014’s CAVALIER YOUTH, which debuted at #1 on the UK album charts upon its initial release.

Night People,” the album’s explosive title track, is joined by an equally volatile companion video, watch it here: https://ymas.lnk.to/NightPeopleVideoFP. A companion video for “Give” is currently in production, with a premiere date to be announced soon.
