Introducing CHARLZ: New Single “To You” by Lliam Taylor & Latroit Available Now on House of Latroit/KLS

The pulsing and melancholy single “To You”-out today (October 21) on House of Latroit/KLS–features the sublime vocal performance of quickly rising Australian chanteuse CHARLZ. With her deep voice, dusky melodies and deeper still lyrics, the singer/songwriter has found a good pairing with producers Lliam + Latroit.  Having made its premiere yesterday (10/19) via Galore, “To You’ is “…chill verses, an infectiously melodic chorus, dark and brooding vocals, all while telling a story of self-realization.”

To You (Orig Mix)

To You (Sunset Child Remix)

No stranger to success, CHARLZ got her start as a major label pre-teen pop prodigy in Australia, then tuning out for a few years only to circle back in 2016 when her first single “Chew Candy” with fellow Aussie producer Sunset Child landed on ULTRA records.  It garnered over 1.5 million Spotify plays and brought her alongside several major label writing placements and spectacular collaborations with mau5trap‘s man of the moment ATTLAS.

“To You” comes hot off the heels of Lliam + Latroit‘s heavily playlisted first single “Someday” (Spotify New Music Friday, Fresh EDM, Spotify Viral 50) and their recent collaboration with Grammy nominated vocalist Sam Sparro. Having spent the last year on all the right blogs, DJ sets, playlists & charts, L.A.-based, Detroit-bred Latroit has rapidly gained the support of the world’s top DJ’s and media outlets with releases like “Loving Every Minute,” the U.K, Top 5 club chart weapon “Need You Tonight,” DMC buzz chart favorites “Origami” and “I Want More,” along with a select number of remixes. He is host of the online radio show ‘L’Radio,’ a hosted, bimonthly dance music show featuring the best in sexy, independent house music, averaging approx. 100k plays every show.  Lliam Taylor is one of the most talented up and coming producers of his generation who already enjoys universal A-list DJ support with releases like “That Rude Walk” and “Tekno.”
