Singing was always a natural part of R&B/Pop artist Morell Brown’s life, but became center stage when he landed the lead role in a school musical. He knew then that singing, songwriting and entertaining people is what he is meant to do. Music was also the one thing he could always turn to when life was difficult.

He took his smooth soulful voice on the road to venues throughout the NY tri-state area and even as far as Chicago to perform with Social Jam Tour.  He has shared the stage with American Idol alums Robbie Rosen and Sarah Barrios and the X-Factor’s Riley Lynch and recently opened for Aaron Carter at Revolution Bar and Music Hall. He also gladly gives his time and talent to charity shows throughout Long Island.

His voice and style have often been compared to his musical influences which include John Legend, Miguel, Bruno Mars and Jason Mraz as well as younger pop sensations Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes and Nathan Sykes. Morell’s high energy performances  provide an engaging experience for audiences of all ages.

Having been a victim of bullying throughout his high school years, Morell writes and sings with one goal in mind: to help others get through the hard times as music helped him.
