After a very successful Video Release Event in their hometown of Kingston, NY, alternative pop duo, Us Commoners, release their new music video, “Fallin.” Produced, shot and edited by award-winning cinematographer, Jarek Zabczynski, the video co-stars the duo members, Wayne Nuessle (vocals, acoustic guitar, songwriter) and Bernadette Marnell-Palumbo (vocals, songwriter). “Fallin” follows their earlier summer tracks, “The Hot Spot” and “Long Road Back Around,” all of which are from their much anticipated debut EP, set to release in 2017 on Triptofind Records. 100% of proceeds from sales of “Fallin” are donated to VH1 Save The Music Foundation.
Us Commoners is the music concept of Kingston singer-songwriter/producer, Wayne Nuessle. Nuessle teamed up with fellow Kingston vocalist and songwriter, Bernadette Marnell-Palumbo, who has sung backup for Chip Taylor (wrote “Wild Thing” and “Angel of the Morning”), Guy Davis and Stephen Nichols among other bigger artists. In addition, the duo is joined by a team of music industry veterans: producer/engineer/multi-instrumentalist Jean-Christophe Santalis (platinum record recipient for American Authors’ “Best Day of My Life”), keyboardist Clifford Carter (James Taylor, Natalie Cole, Paul Simon) and guitarist Eli Menezes (Lauryn Hill, Trey Songz, Ayo).
“Fallin” premiered at an exclusive Video Release Event at Ole Savannah Restaurant in Kingston, NY, the same venue where the video was shot. The event was co-presented by I AM Entertainment (owned by Kimberley Locke of American Idol) and Triptofind Records, and in partnership with VH1 Save The Music Foundation. Impose Magazine, who premiered the video online, says that the video “looks spectacular…we are completely in love.”
