Today, Australian powerhouse Parkway Drive share their new video “Bottom Feeder.” Directed by Third Eye Visuals, “Bottom Feeder” offers an up-close look at the Byron Bay-based metal band’s fiercely energetic live show.

Built on Parkway Drive’s ferociously vital sound, “Bottom Feeder” provides “further proof that the band haven’t lost their belligerent edge that fans have grown to love over the past decade,” in the words of Alternative Press. The track appears on Parkway Drive’s newly released digital deluxe version of their latest album IRE.

Formed in 2002, Parkway Drive have released four studio albums on Epitaph—all certified gold in Australia. For more than a decade, the band has stood at the forefront of heavy music worldwide, matching their uncompromising urgency with a powerful musicality. Recently nominated for an Alternative Press Music Award in the category of Best International Band, Parkway Drive achieved a new emotional depth and brought even more brutal honesty to the making of IRE.

“We are not a band to pretend that everything is great,” says frontman Winston McCall, who addresses political, social, and environmental issues throughout IRE. “There are some hard truths that need to be put out there, and we are not afraid to do it.”
