Los Angeles Grammy-winning trio KING partners with The FADER for an exclusive premiere of their brand new music video “Native Land.” Painting a wondrous and dreamy landscape, the ladies of KING pay homage to the before-and-after world with a guided journey through the circle of life. In turn, these discoveries brings a deeper sense of self that evolves into a newfound strength to pave a way for a more progressive future.
“For ‘Native Land,’ we collaborated with Filip Anthonissen to imagine a visual journey through the landscapes of birth, life, and death, paying homage throughout to every person’s unique ancestral story,” explains Paris Strother. “We love the surreal quality of this video – it’s been incredible to work with a series of artists who contribute so much to the narrative and bring the songs to life.”
Along with the incredible reception to their debut album, 2016 has been quite the banner year for KING as they have been sharing their new music with fans across the globe with a sold-out world tour.
