Chicago-bred duo Krewella (singer/songwriter sisters Jahan and Yasmine Yousaf) has just embarked on their sold-out Sweatbox Tour, kicking off last night in Austin, TX and playing Dallas tonight. The tour showcases their high-energy live band in intimate rock venues and will make stops in San Francisco, New York, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago and more. The girls are also throwing down a DJ set at the biggest night clubs in every city – tickets for these after parties are available at www.krewella.com/sweatbox and in the links below.
Jahan and Yasmine have also unleashed a brand new collection, ‘Ammunition’ The Remixes, today. The album features new and unique reworkings of some of the ‘Ammuniton’ EP’s stand out tracks, courtesy of Corporate Slacks, Snavs, Nitti Gritti, FKYA, Zatox and more. See full track listing below.
Krewella is touring in support of their EP “Ammunition,” which includes the fresh, reflective “Broken Record” and the cathartic, punk-infused “Beggars.” A major departure from their former dubstep heavy sound, this body of work spans multiple genres, exploring sounds from alternative rock to drum and bass. The EP, which PEOPLE Magazine says “aims for pop domination,” is available to stream HERE.
