KINDS Release New Single “Turn It Out”

‘Turn It Out’ is the rumptious, new bodyshaker from duo ‘KINDS’ who again offer unadulterated levels of infectious R&B pop. Listen here.

For the last few months the pair have been away in the studio writing and producing new music as well as getting their first European tour under there belt. ‘Turn It Out’ is an inspiring response to darker times.

Speaking about the track the band had to say “‘The song’s coming from a very dark place.. It’s about dealing with certain events and emotions in our lives to create something empowering and uplifting. We wanted to replicate this with the emotion in the lyrics and instrumentation in the verses, set against the heavy rhythms with optimism shining through in the chorus. “Instead of immersing ourselves in this dark state we wanted to create a song with a level of optimism set against these negative thoughts and experiences.”

See ‘KINDS’ perform a live free show at Birthdays in Dalson, London on September 7th (9:45pm). They will be supported by Albert Gold and Digerati.

‘KINDS’ are Mark Morrish and Karen Warner. Keep up to date with them by following them on Facebook.
