Armitage releases a two-track EP on Vudu

Vudu Records have a knack for finding quality underground house music, and this week they’ve delivered yet again. UK-based producer and DJ Armitage takes the reigns on this release, which comes in the form of a two track EP. The duo of tracks ‘Back Once Again’ and ‘Space Oddities’ demonstrate the reasoning behind Armitage’s huge levels of support from the likes of Annie Mac, Richy Ahmed and Sister Bliss, as these groove-fuelled tech-house records slot nicely into the Vudu catalogue.

‘Back Once Again’ has a bassline that rolls for days, it’s this infectious rumble that lifts every element of the track into a frenzy of groove and rhythm. Euphoric hands-in-the-air build ups lead into huge jackin drops that will have dancefloors bouncing with ease. This one will be an absolute no-brainer for DJs when looking to drop that unforgettable weapon mid-set.

The second track ‘Space Oddities’ ventures into deeper, more melodic sounds as the delayed synths give the whole sound an atmospheric touch. A crescendo of suspense is captured through samples and a delicate build-up, which again, in true Armitage style, finishes with an absolute monster of a drop.
Vudu yet again demonstrate their ability to break genre boundaries, and produce some of the best underground house music around. Armitage absolutely smashes it with these two bangers, but don’t just take our word for it – check them out for yourself.
