Coco links up big, bad and heavy Jamaican reggae artist Protoje for serious new track ‘Ova Here’, the 2nd release on Toddla T’s Steeze label.

Fuelled with a huge bassline over drums & keys, this track shows Coco’s versatility as he spits over a dark beat, and shows him playing his position as a flow-master. It’s a certified tune for London’s forthcoming Nottinghill Carnival.

Filmed in Kingston, Jamaica, Protoje’s hometown, and produced by Toddla T & The Drum Keys, Coco releases his thoughts on his music journey and the system as he get’s lyrical in a mindful state.

2016 is proving to be a big year for Coco kicking off with him being named in Mixmag, as one of Annie Mac’s artists to watch, Coco has proven over and above as to why he earned the title. Gaining an unprecedented amount ofsupport from music tastemakers and fans, thanks to his intoxicating flows, witty and lyrical bars and his energetic punchlines, Coco has been regularly featured on the BBC Radio 1Xtra playlist with further support across Capital Xtra, Kiss FM, Nick Grimshaw’s Radio 1 Breakfast Show and even seen him deliver an almighty Fire in the Booth for BBC DJ Charlie Sloth

The summer is not over for Coco as after already hitting the stages at HUGE festivals such as Glastonbury this year, taking to Ibiza Rocks to support Stormzy and performing at Red Bull’s Manchester Carnival, as well as recently performing at the Royal Albert Hall for Jamie Cullum’s BBC Proms. He has more performances left this Summer including Bestival and Nottinghill Carnival
