Bright Light Bright Light’s “Symmetry of Two Hearts (LoFrames Remix)” Premieres

A new remix of Bright Light Bright Light’s “Symmetry of Two Hearts” from rising producer LoFrames premieres today via Earmilk. Listen to the remix, which Earmilk calls “bouncy and sophisticated,” here.

To celebrate the release of his third full length as Bright Light Bright Light, Choreography, frontman and creative force Rod Thomas play a series of very special dates, kicking of September 2 in Chicago. Thomas will play New York’s Rough Trade September 9 and Los Angeles’ The Satellite September 14, along with many more. See below for full tour routing.

Choreography debuted at #39 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart and continues to garner critical acclaim—Rolling Stone praises its “throwback electro-pop style” while The Huffington Post declares it’s  “Just the thing to get you moving.”

The video for “Symmetry Of Two Hearts,” featuring Elton John, recently premiered via The Huffington Post. Watch the video, with choreography by Broadway movement director Steven Hoggett (Harry Potter and The Cursed Child, The Crucible, The Last Ship) here.

Thomas made his late night television debut on the U.K.’s “The Graham Norton Show” with Elton John, performing debut single “All In The Name.” Watch it here:

Inspired by films from Big Trouble in Little China to Romy and Michele, Amelie to A Bout de Soufflé, Choreography finds Thomas collaborating with longtime friends including John, Alan Cumming, Scissor SistersJake Shears, Ana Matronic and Del Marquis, “The Wiz Live”’s Mykal Kilgore, and more.

Thomas recorded and produced the album largely on his own in London and New York. The new music follows two whirlwind years since the release of Bright Light Bright Light’s 2014 album Life Is Easy, which saw Thomas touring the world with Elton John, playing his own headline dates across Europe and North America, moving to New York and more.

Thomas, born in Wales and based in both London and New York, formed Bright Light Bright Light in 2010 and has since released two LPs, 2012’s Make Me Believe In Hope and 2014’s Life is Easy.
