The production plays into the feel-good nature of stateside summertime and is suited from start to finish with an internationally recognizable club-readiness. “Magic” brings house music to its most joyous state, and the vocal chops of Elle Vee completes the record’s ambience.

In tandem to the original record, Alex Midi is offering up an alternative version; the official future bass edit which pulls listeners into a space with darker, bouncier elements. Both versions of “Magic” are out now on August 12 via Aftercluv DanceLab, with music videos to follow later this month.
