Refused Announce ‘Freedom’ Digital Deluxe + New Video

Today, Refused release a digital deluxe version of their latest album Freedom. The digital deluxe edition features 2 bonus tracks “Stolen Voices” and a live version of the album track “Thought is Blood”. As previously reported, Refused is set to support Deftones on tour dates beginning August 2 in Bethlehem, PA at Sands Bethlehem Event Center throughout August 13 in Toronto, Canada at Arrow Hall. Additionally, Refused will perform at Riot Fest Denver and Chicago.

The video for “Servants of Death” is by Jakob Avrevarn, features footage shot by Robin Laananen, and was edited by Jakob Arevarn. Watch it now exclusively at Rolling Stone.

The Swedish hardcore titans released Freedom in 2015, their first album in 17 years. Freedom is the band’s first new album since their iconic 1998 album The Shape of Punk to Come. If Shape blasted apart the constraints of the punk and hardcore world, Freedom goes a step further by incorporating the wide-ranging influences that have shaped band members’ personal tastes.
