Future Generations Reveal “Thunder In The city” Single Off Self-Titled Debut Album Out July 29 via Frenchkiss‏

Future Generations will be releasing their self-titled debut album on Friday, July 29 via Frenchkiss Records (album links are below).  In advance of the album’s drop the band are happy to share the latest single, “Thunder In The City” which premiered today via Impose.  The band’s Eddie Gore told the magazine, “This album has been at least 3 years in the making and we are extremely excited to finally be releasing it out to the world. We’ve grown so much through this process and I have to say that is probably the biggest theme through the whole thing: Growth. ”  Read the full Q&A here.

LISTEN to “Thunder In The City” 

On the eve of their debut’s release Future Generations will be playing a record release show at NYC‘s Mercury Lounge (July 29). In addition, they are playing the following dates this summer with more to be announced:

7/29 – Mercury Lounge – New York NY

8/5 – Tropicalia – Washington, DC

8/12 – Johnny Brenda’s –  Philadelphia, PA

8/18 – Great Scott –  Boston, MA

8/26 – Fete Lounge – Providence, RI

The band previously has released the singles “Coast” and “Stars.”
