The Maine’s John O’Callaghan releases the debut music video for his solo project under moniker John The Ghost

Coming a short three months from the debut EP release, today John The Ghost unveils a brand new music video for single “Sour Grapes”. The project was founded as a solo endeavour from The Maine’s frontman John O’Callaghan. The song first appeared as a track on the EP Sincerely, John The Ghost, a unique collection of over sixty pieces of prose poetry paired with six original musical compositions.

Following in line with the solidarity of the project and fitting the undertones in the single, the video is shot entirely without color. The grayscale vibe, coupled with the appearance of only O’Callaghan himself visually represents the lyrical themes behind “Sour Grapes”.

The music video is the first from John The Ghost, shot and directed by Cole Kiburz. Fans can watch the video via it’s VEVO premiere or over on YouTube.

Sincerely, John The Ghost is a 90 page book and six song EP released April 29th 2016 via 8123.
“Sour Grapes” is available for viewing via VEVO http://vevo.ly/49rzNn and YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-3pUAHVL9E4.
