The Spill Canvas Present: Requestour‏

The Spill Canvas, fresh off their near sold-out East Coast headliner and direct support slot on Motion City Soundtrack’s farewell tour, are poised to send 2016 out with a bang! This summer sees the band supporting Acceptance on three intimate shows, before embarking on their own West Coast headlining run in the fall. Today, the band is thrilled to announce “The Spill Canvas Presents: Requestour,” where fans can vote for which songs they want to hear each night on the set list. This will be the band’s last tour before they take a break to write their first album in four years.

The tour kicks off September 14th in Greeley, CO at Moxi Theater and ventures out west to Seattle before weaving through Texas. Tickets are on sale this Friday, June 24th at 12pm local time with a special VIP pre-sale beginning this Thursday, June 23rd at 12pm Pacific time, sold exclusively at requestour.com.

Following The Spill Canvas’ wildly successful debut album Sunsets and Car Crashes in 2004, The Spill Canvas released One Fell Swoop in August 2005 powered by the melodic hits “Polygraph, Right Now!” and “Staplegunned.” One Fell Swoop produced by Ed Rose (The Get Up Kids) landed at No. 29 on the Top Heatseekers chart. and No. 47 Top Independent Albums chart and sold more than 50,000 copies. Over the years the Alternative/Rock outfit toured with the likes of Yellowcard, Motion City Soundtrack, Switchfoot, The Plain White T’s, Goo Goo Dolls, and One Republic to name a few.
