The Amazing debut “Ambulance” video on Pitchfork, starring Walking Dead actor Ross Marquand‏

For the title track off forthcoming album Ambulance, The Amazing created a raw, heart-wrenching music video exploring the emotional roller coaster of loss. The video stars The Walking Dead’s Ross Marquand who came on board after falling in love with the song.

The director, Kris Merc (behind striking videos for De La Soul, Joey Bada$$), took a magical realist approach to create a reality that matches the song’s melancholia. It’s powerful stuff.

Ambulance is due on August 5 in the UK via Partisan Records.
