“Lost In Smoke is actually the mixtape that helped me go on to the millions in the beginning. So I just felt like it was perfect for me to bring it back as an album. Just to get my day 1 fans that feel like… Hell yeah, G’s still the same… still talking about real shit for the streets. This tour means a lot because I’m excited to meet everyone who’s been really supporting me,” says King Lil G.
Lost In Smoke 2 is the sequel to his 2013 mixtape Lost In Smoke and follows his 2015 album 90’s Kid that landed #3 on the Billboard Independent Album Chart. King Lil G’s new sequel resonated with fans as Lost In Smoke 2 debuted at #2 on the iTunes Hip-Hop Album Chart. That same week, King Lil G celebrated with his hometown fans with a sold-out performance at the Novo Theatre by Microsoft on April 20th.
