Pop Evil released UP in 2015 via eOne Music, and saw their fourth studio album land at #2 on the Billboard Canadian Indie Chart. Much of the band’s ongoing success can be attributed to their strong commitment to touring and putting on an incredible live show.  This summer, the group is very excited to finally be performing at the legendary Heavy MTL festival in Montreal, Quebec on August 6th.  It’s a big milestone for them as a band, especially for vocalist Leigh Kakaty, who was raised in Kingston, Ontario, and is a proud dual citizen of both Canada and the US.  “We can’t wait to get back to Montréal and play this incredible festival we have been starving to play for years,” Kakaty says. “See you soon Heavy Montréal.” The band will be on tour in Canada through the summer (full list of tour dates can be found below).
