Much like the Euro’s are about to, The Appleseed Cast have kicked off their UK tour, it’d be really brilliant if you could spare the time to share the tour dates on your socials. I can’t confirm whether they’ll be playing any football but they’ll definitely be playing songs written by the band The Appleseed Cast.

The Appleseed Cast are one of the most influential American rock bands to help pioneer the emo movement of the late 90s. Formed in 1996, the bands predominantly guitar-based music has evolved from an early emo sound with an ethereal, yet punk sensibility, sharing context with such acts as Mineral and Sunny Day Real Estate, to a unique post-rock meets indie sound hinging on inventive, intricate drumming, sometimes subtle guitar arpeggios, and crowd-loving vocals, peaking with orchestrated cacophonies of instrumentation and a vast range of effects. The Appleseed Cast is your favourite bands favourite band.

To celebrate their Record Store Day re-issue of 2006’s critically acclaimed LP Peregrine – The Appleseed Cast welcome Listener, Kurt Travis (Dance Gavin Dance) and Atlas: Empire to join them on this tour.
