Harry Pane announces ‘Changing’ EP‏

London singer/songwriter Harry Pane has announced his new EP Changing, due for release on June 10th following a hugely successful Pledge Campaign. He has now released the title track as an instant-grat download with pre-orders of the EP on iTunes

‘Changing’ is a brooding opener of solemn hums and affirming lyricism, it haunts and ripples with a stark honesty, reminiscing about Harry’s relationship with his father.

Elsewhere on Changing, there’s a resonating sense of Americana with the reverberating ‘Ghosts’, meanwhile the beautiful ‘Karma’s Prey’ is a worldly example Pane’s poignant songwriting, delivering an optimistic sheen to a bleak intimate moment. It’s juxtaposed with the haymaker-blues EP closer ‘Cold Light Of Day’, which completes this bold statement of intent from one of the most promising new talents on the music scene.

Based in Walthamstow, by way of Northamptonshire, Harry Pane was flown out to Valencia, Spain to record the Changing EP at Studio Barxeta after impressing producer Dani Castelar (Paolo Nutini, REM, Snow Patrol). Pane then returned to E17 to have the EP finalised with mastering from Mandy Parnell (The XX, LCD Soundsystem, John Marytn).

Harry Pane has been making a big impression on 2016, which has seen him claim the ‘Best Original Artist’ Award while part of PRS For Music’s #RoadToThe100Club resulting in a development fund with Island Records.

He is also becoming a firm fixture on the festival circuit this year. He’s already performed at SXSW and is appearing at Glastonbury, The Big Festival and more detailed below.
