Figs Vision Premiere Stunning New Video for “Elle You’re Walking”

Today, via a premiere with booooooom.com, LA pysch pop duo Figs Vision gave us the first look into the world of Fig; a pivotal character in the story behind their upcoming album. The video for “Elle You’re Walking” is a visually stunning, pseudo-psychedelic thriller. It serves as the first chapter to the band’s bizarre yet true story of origination and inspiration. The full tale will be revealed episodically as the songs and videos from their forthcoming album are released, each one centered around a specific character encountered along the way. And we begin with Elle…

As Jordan and Gunner put it:

“It was easy to become taken, lost in the idea of somewhere to belong and therefore a great deal of time was spent heaping substance into the desert. Elle is the story, not of why or how but of who. The track itself sees Jordan Spoliansky’s masterful command of vocal melodies and the ability of he and the other half of the duo, Gunner Sixx, to write infectious hooks laid beautifully over an arrangement of vintage synths, a funky bassline and innovative percussion. Jordan and Gunner have created a beautiful record and to see them live is to be fully immersed in the story they are unveiling with their upcoming album. The band will be headlining The Satellite in Los Angeles tonight (5/26), If you are in the area, this will be an experience that you will not want to miss.
