The eighth annual LOTTO MAX presents Cavendish Beach Music Festival (CBMF) announces the performers for the RBC Emerging Artist Stage, within the Gahan House pop-up restaurant. Artists confirmed to play include The Cains, Casey May, The Cast of Stan Rogers: A Matter of Heart, Gordie Sampson, Jameson Rodgers, Jason Price, Jessica Gallant, Jessica Mitchell, Jill Chandler, Julia Dunn, Kaia Kater, Kelly Prescott, Lucas Hoge, Makayla Lynn, Matt Moore, Max & Brandon, Port Cities and Samantha Power. Similar to previous years, the stage will play host to multiple up-and-coming acts over the three-day event, taking place in Cavendish, PEI from July 8-10, 2016.

Additionally, CBMF is thrilled to welcome 14-time GRAMMY Award-winner and mandolin master Ricky Skaggs and energetic newcomer Olivia Lane to this year’s line-up on the Main Stage. Skaggs and Lane will join previously confirmed acts including Blake Shelton, Kenny Chesney, The Band Perry and Old Dominion for a star-studded list of performers.
The recently announced iHeartRadio FREE Tailgate Party kicks off the weekend festivities at the Cavendish Farms Kitchen Stage on Thursday, July 7th from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. This family friendly complimentary event is a great way for first-time festival-goers and the community to see the world-class venue in action. Performers for the party include CCMA and JUNO Award-winning Doc Walker, alongside Kelly Prescott, The Rivertown Saints and The Washboard Union. Tickets are not required and capacity is limited.
Artists announced to play the Cavendish Farms Kitchen Stage during the festival include Brea Lawrenson Band, The Cains, The Divorcees, Eddie Eastman, Jameson Rodgers, Jordan Musycasyn Band, Kelly Prescott, Lucas Hoge, Makayla Lynn, The Middle Coast, Mike Biggar, Quentin Reddy, Restless Heart, Rik Reese Band, River Town Saints, Ryan Hurd, and Witchitaw. Each day of the festival at 5 p.m., Nashville-based chef Matt Moore will participate in a cooking demo of his updated Southern cuisine.
