The Shelters self-titled debut album set for release June 10 + album co-produced by Tom Petty‏

Los Angeles-based rock band The Shelters—featuring Chase Simpson (vocals, guitar), Josh Jove (vocals, guitar), Sebastian Harris and (drums) and Jacob Pillot (bass)—will release their highly anticipated self-titled debut album on June 10 via Warner Bros. Records. The official video for the album’s lead single, “Rebel Heart,” recently premiered on Billboard. You can watch the video here: http://bit.ly/1TE3zo0.

The Shelters self-titled album is the follow-up to the band’s four-song EP, which was released last October. Both the EP and the album were co-produced by one of the band’s musical heroes, Tom Petty, with all songs written by band members Simpson and Jove.

The Shelters, who recently opened for Gary Clark Jr. and The Struts, will tour nationwide throughout May with Tom Petty’s pre-Heartbreakers band Mudcrutch.

They will also appear at upcoming festivals including Firefly, Life Is Beautiful, Austin City Limits, Bunbury, and 91X FEST. See below for full list of dates.
