King Promise Release Thank God ft. Fuse ODG‏

King Promise, Fuse ODG and legendary afro-beats producer Killbeatz, join forces on the release of highly captivating and feel-good anthem, ‘Thank God’.

The drums and organ open the record with an immediate up-beat rhythm that allows the percussion to glint through between beats, providing the authentic afro-beat magic. King Promise and Fuse ODG compliment each other idyllically on the record both taking it turns on theverses before coming together on the hook with a myriad of ad-libs and well-crafted melodies that refresh the soul.

Hailing from Ghana, King Promise has previously worked with the elite of Ghanaian artists including Sarkodie. It was through Sarkodie’s connections that he was first signed to brother and sister duo Yasmin and Amir Behzadi, CEO of YB Record label, leading him to the current release of ‘Thank God’, the first track taken from the highly anticipated ‘The King Promise EP’, which he recently recorded in Dubai.

Taking influence from his worldly travels and experiences, King Promise has shaped his music drawing on sounds, rhythms and moments that he has witnessed. The Afrobeats star mixes his sound with Jazz, Funk & R&B, adding a soulful touch to his music and alludes to his Christian upbringing and faith.

With an exceptionally bright future ahead of him that is reflected by his new single, success is his for the taking. That, he has promised.
