Miike Snow Set Summer Schedule in Support of “iii”‏

Downtown/Atlantic recording group Miike Snow has announced plans for a North American summer headline tour. The dates begin July 25th at Omaha, NE’s Slowdown and then continue through early August (see attached itinerary). Tickets for all shows will be on sale to the general public beginning Friday, May 6th at 10 am local time. A limited amount of pre-sale tickets will be available starting at 10am local time on Tuesday, May 3rd for Miike Snow newsletter subscribers. An array of additional headline dates and US festival appearances are slated through the summer, including Irvine, CA’s KROQ Weenie Roast 2016 (May 14th), Durham, NC’s Moogfest (May 19th), Gulf Shores, AL’s Hangout Music Festival (May 21st-22nd), Boston, MA’s Boston Calling (May 28th), New York City’s Governors Ball Music Festival (June 4th), Winter Park, CO’s Divide Music Festival (July 22nd-24th), Chicago, IL’s Lollapalooza (July 29th), and San Francisco, CA’s Outside Lands (August 5th-7th).

Lead single, “Genghis Khan,” has proven a breakthrough success, now a top 5 favorite at Alternative outlets nationwide. The anthemic single – available now on the iTunes Store and all DSPs – is accompanied by a strikingly provocative companion video. Directed by Ninian Goff (Migos, Royal Blood, The Chemical Brothers, Run The Jewels), “Genghis Khan” has become a viral sensation and drawn more than 5.5 million individual YouTube views thus far.
