PREMIERE: Leslie DiNicola Release New Lyric Video For “Boy and Girl”

Kicking off our usual premiere week, where we team up with some of the most exciting artists and bands out there to exclusively bring you a first to look to their new music on store, this time we team up with Leslie DiNicola for the premiere of her new lyric video for catchy and Country-ish “Boy + Girl”.

Boy + Girl is a follow up to her career high watermark EP, Wake Up – part three of her epiphanic collaboration with guitarist/producer Julian Coryell (son of jazz legend Larry Coryell – Leslie also recently toured with American Idol Lee DeWyze and legendary pop rocker John Waite.

“When I look at the work I’ve done, it’s like going through scrapbooks,” Leslie confides. “Each song is like a photograph of the person I was in a particular moment. It tells a story that my soul needed to tell.”

Leslie has a rare gift for the sonic snapshot. Trough the poetic accessibility of her writing style, she captures personal moments with a universal perspective.

Leslie’s breathtaking vocals and smoldering stage presence have enabled her to shine in diverse contexts. She’s sold out countless solo shows, and she’s held her own alongside renowned artists like Brian Wilson, American Idol winner Lee DeWyze, Wakey Wakey, Howie Day, Freedy Johnston, Jeffrey Gaines, Anna Nalick, Jaymay and October Project. Leslie is also a highly in-demand artist, often singing the “National Anthem” at major league sporting events across the country.
