Hi guys, welcome to VENTS! How have you been?

Hey wasup, everything’s amazing, thank you.

Can you talk to us more about your latest single “Faka Faka Yeah”?

The riff of this song which you can hear with words “ain’t that shit” was written in 2010 actually haha. And actually was recorded on our 1st album ever under the name “Sarah Where Is My Tea” it was song Procrastination. So just a loot of time left, I just got an idea to use that riff again and make another song cause I so much love this part.

Did any event in particular inspired you to write this song?

Yeah, I can be honest with and the main event for me last time was a break up with girlfriend after 5 years together. That’s hard shit but I got only one plus from that – a lot of lyrics.

The single comes off your new album Into The Wild – what’s the story behind the title?

My life in past 1-2 year-like “Into The Wild” cause I can’t feel myself like I’m at home.

How was the recording and writing proces?

Writing process was easy actually cause our ex-guitarist and me made a good job for 1 year long. We wrote a lot so it was hard to choose best song for final record. Recording in US was fun as fuck. Best time!

What was it like to work with Cameron Mizell and how did that relationship develop?

We never thought that our work with him would be so close. We thought that it’s going to be something serious and super business-like but in the end we became a good friends and continue text to each other sometimes. Really miss him and can’t wait to record the 2nd one with him.

How much did he get to influence the album?

I can’t say that he changed a lot in the end because he said that we did super awesome job and all stuff is amazing. He helped me a lot with vocal parts, English lyrics and right pronunciation.

With the change of the name, did you also started seeking for a new direction?

We just do what we love.

Does Russia plays any role in your music?

Yeah sure. Our country make us stronger every day cause so cold here hahah.

What have you learned from experiences sharing the stage with the likes of Asking Alexandria?

Hm… don’t know haha.

Any plans to hit the road?

Yeah, we can’t wait to start tour in Russia for 1st and after that go in Europe and the US.

What else is happening next in Wildways’s world?

A lot, we work hard every day.
