She Is We Premieres New Album War

Alternative pop/rock group She Is We, fronted by Rachel Taylor, premieres their powerful debut album WAR exclusively today via Billboard.com. WAR will be released on March 18th and is available for pre-order on iTunes, Amazon and sheiswe.com.

Listen to the album HERE.

We are broken hearts with a motive to move the world/doesn’t matter your past my boys and girls/with our stories held tight in our hands/lead the fight” – “War”

Taylor likens the eleven songs on WAR to the chapters of a book, one by one sharing her most intimate, unrelenting experiences with passion, fight and determination.  Ultimately, it’s  a  message of empowerment. Leading that call is the album’s first single “Boomerang” which is already garnering airplay at alternative radio and on February 12th the music video premiered exclusively on Vevo.

You held my head down/Didn’t let me breathe/But look who’s drowning now/You hear that loud sound/Screaming out and free/My voice was finally found. – “Boomerang”
