Locally owned and operated online event source Do214, a part of the DoStuff national network, launched with a bang in 2014 with an impressive launch party at Trees Dallas featuring funk/soul/R&B powerhouse Charles Bradley. In September 2015 the local team celebrated their new integrative Do214 App mobile platform, ensuing in a sweaty dance party at Club Dada with Dallas’ favorite Hall and Oates cover band The Rich Girls bringing down the house with a very suggestive rendition of Ginuwine’s “Pony,” costumes and all. With a high-energy performance by local rapper/producer Blue, the Misfit closing out their Holiday Party with local ticketing company Prekindle, a packed house rallied at Club Dada until the lights turned on this past December. It’s safe to say that general manager Jay Howard and content manager Eusebio Martinez know how to throw a party and will also point you to the best events in town.

“The past two years have been incredible. We threw some massive, unforgettable parties. We gave away hundreds of tickets to events on our Giveaways page,” said Howard. “We’re just revving up! Dallas has a lot to offer and Do214 is happy to be a part of it.”

“Our ‘sister’ companies are killing it across the U.S., Canada and Mexico,” said Howard. “It’s great to be a part of the DoStuff Media family that’s now 19 metros strong, all locally owned and operated with the common goal of getting people out to DO awesome stuff.”

Join the Do214 team at their next event, the Deep Ellum Does Austin showcase during SXSW on Saturday, March 19 from 12 to 6 p.m. at The Blind Pig (317 E. 6th St). The guys are teaming up with Deep Ellum based ticketing company Prekindle and Deep Ellum Brewing Co. to showcase Dallas’ best and brightest musicians to SXSW attendees. The event is free with RSVP at and features performances by Charley Crockett, Sudie, Color TV, Moon Waves, Pearl Earl and War Party.
