Angger Dimas and South Central Team Up for “Drop That Low”‏

Angger Dimas & South Central invite you to experience their exotic new speaker blaster “Drop That Low.” Flooding the airwaves from the outset is a combination of dancehall percussion and vocals from the legendary ragga MC, FERAL is KINKY. Leaving no time to catch your breath, the rattling bass line explodes into an even more thrashing tribal drop.

Jungle terror pioneer Angger Dimas burst onto the scene in 2009 and hasn’t paled for a second. Consistently reinventing his sound and bulldozing genre margins, the Indonesian prodigy has built a staggering catalog of electronic music highlighted by breakthrough collaborations with industry leaders like Steve Aoki, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Diplo, and Tiësto. He made his Dim Mak debut in 2012 with “Beat Down”, a Steve Aoki collab featuring Iggy Azalea that has drawn more than 18 million YouTube views.

Brighton, UK’s South Central also made their Dim Mak debut in 2012, with their Weapons of Mass Dubstortion EP. Drawing on influences as wide-ranging as metal, house, dubstep, and even classical, South Central’s unique brand of bass music has earned them gigs supporting tastemakers as varied as Rage Against The Machine, The Prodigy, Pendulum, and Vitalic. Their recent collaboration with Qulinez, “Tonight”, received massive international support from Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki, Sultan & Ned Shepard, R3hab, David Guetta and Borgore, and was included on Dim Mak’s Greatest Hits of 2015 compilation.

Adding a third dimension to “Drop That Low” is FERAL is KINKY, the prized female dancehall MC. The English “ragamuffin toaster” enjoyed a colorful career in the 90’s, holding a residency in Ibiza and penning the UK acid house classic “Everything Starts With An ‘E’.” A testament to her transcending sound, FERAL caught the attention of the iconic Boy George, who described her music as “the dirtiest ‘slackest’ reggae I’d heard since the seventies.”
