UK Tech Metallers ALIASES announce Derangeable album via Basick Records‏

The dawn of a new era of Progressive Tech-Metal from UK shores is about to explode worldwide. ALIASES return with their highly anticipated sophomore album, ‘Derangeable‘, 11 tracks of colossal tech riffery and soaring vocals that paint the listener a ferociously beautiful and rewardingly complex soundscape over the course of 47 minutes. Poised with the determination, intelligence and non-conformist style to drag the modern metal genre forward, ALIASES will release Derangeable via Basick Records on 15th April 2016.

Guitarist Leah Woodward recently showcased some of the new album material at NAMM in California on the Strandberg* Guitarworks stand. Watch the video footage here.

Discussing moving their sound on to the next level, guitarist Leah Woodward explains: “We’d like to give a huge shout out to our incredible and patient fans, a thank you to everyone who has pledged to make ‘Derangeable’ more than just a dream. It’s never easy to explain how you feel about finally unleashing a new album upon the world. Having worked with the best people imaginable to create something we’re so proud to showcase, there aren’t many words capable of doing it justice. To anyone about to listen to these new tracks, I hope you brought spare pants. Aliases will not be held responsible for any adverse consequences pre or post listening. We can only hope you love these new tracks as much as we do. If you do then we’re your new favourite band. We love you too!”

ALIASES will release Derangeable via Basick Records on April 15th. A new single and video will be premiered in the coming weeks, stay tuned.
