PREMIERE: Myrle Release New Music Video For “Boots”

Following our awesome and exciting premiere week, Myrle and VENTS have teamed up to premiere his new video for his single “Boots”.

With and equally emotional and electrifying style of rock and roll Jamie Clarke, best known by his stage name Myrle, is quickly blazing his path to the top.  Based near Toronto, ONtario, Myrle’s music has been favorable compared to the legendary Steve Earle and Tom Waits – in addition to being called “Bruce Springstein with a new set of spark plugs” by the Ottawa Citizen – all while crafting amodern soulful sound that is entirely his own.

Having written and performed his music for over 15 years, Jamies songs are filled with stories of love, loss, hope, and the wisdom that only comes from a man who has seen the deepest intimacies of the world and people around him.

Boots is the fifth track on Myrle’s second LP A Dozen Hearts, released in October 2015 to acclaim from critics and fans alike.  Produced by legendary singer/songwriter Ron Hawkins (Lowest of the Low, Ron Hawkins and the Do Good Assasins) and featuring none other than Lee Bolt Williamson  (Walk off the Earth) on electric guitar, these 11 new tracks deftly showcase Myrle’s continuing growth as an artist while leaving the listener wanting even more.
