Kurt Travis Announces New EP – Streams New Single‏

A Lot Like Birds vocalist Kurt Travis has recently signed singer/songwriter Paul Travis to his record label Esque Records. Kurt was so inspired by Paul’s music that he decided to write some indie-folk songs of his own for a split EP that the two will release on Feb. 1st. The first single (by Kurt) called “Stay Please” is streaming now exclusively at Idobi Radio.

‘Stay Please’ was originally supposed to be off my previous full length release, and has a hint of that vibe in some places,” says Kurt. “I’m very excited to be showcasing this EP, I’m in love with Paul Travis’ work on this collaboration, and am eager to release his full length album in the months to come!

The EP will be available digitally and on cassette (with a one-time digital download). Pre-orders are available here. Paul Travis’ debut full-length will be out later this spring on Esque Records.
