Saul Williams, has just made the pre-order available for his new album, Martyr Loser King, dropping January 29th, 2016 via Pirates Blend in Canada and FADER Label worldwide. The pre-order comes with an instant grat of the third and powerful single, The Noise Came from Here, produced by Justin Warfield (She Wants Revenge). Driving production and a brooding synth line serve as the backdrop for Saul to get busy, singing lines that merge perspectives like, “The future is my home, it all came from here”. The two previously released singles, Burundi and Horn Of The Clock-Bike, are also unlocked as instant grat tracks through the album pre-order. In addition, Saul is unveiling the official cover art to the album, a painting/collage done by Anisia Uzeyman, seen above.
The new album Martyr Loser King features Haleek Maul, Emily Kokal (Warpaint), and will come on the heels of a pivotal year for Saul. 2015 has seen the release of his poetry book U.S.(a), touring the globe (including his current Canadian tour w/ k-os), and unleashing a barrage of content including new music and videos to keep the heads ringing. The messaging always relevant. The timing never more appropriate. Stay tuned for the new album and be sure to listen to The Noise Came From Here.
