Following on from a Summer spent perfecting his new material and collaborating with the likes of Andy Nicholson, and Dre Island, male vocalist and songwriter Tom Prior returns to the limelight with his Paint The Ceiling Blue EP. After making waves with the lead track – titled “Take It All,”  which premiered via the much respected Clash Magazine, Tom has released the highly-anticipated project.

Tom will also be headlining the Blue Flowers Christmas Special on the 20th of December. Tickets available here:

The forthcoming EP speaks volumes of talent, with Tom taking us on a journey through the ghosts of his past, through love and lust, to comments on the essence of life itself. Speaking with an informed yet modern frame of mind, Tom’s sound bends genres, with a timeless flare that merges so well with his undeniable vocal range and talent. From the quasi-rapping vocal heard on “Children” and “Voice Mail”, to the epic soaring chorus of “Take It All”, and the immaculately composed “Thorn In My Side”, Tom’s songs speak louder than his young years.

No stranger to the music world, Prior has formulated music which defies boundaries, crossing multiple genres with his unique sound. Tom’s debut EP “Bad Advice” was a project that allowed him to explore musical freedom. Listen here:

The Paint The Ceiling Blue EP  will be released under the Blue Flowers label on Friday 11th of December.
