More than 10 years ago, Snoop Dogg created SYFL to give children the opportunity to participate in sports for the purpose of helping inner city kids get off the streets and to open doors for players to move on to college leagues and NFL teams. Today, SYFL is the largest youth football organization in South Los Angeles boasting 30 teams, more than 1,500 players and more than 75 cheerleaders.
